Very good condition. Cover is cloth over boards with gold foil. Some light wear, mainly to edges and corners, spine frayed head and tail. Some foxing, good binding, Text clean and crisp, you will be hard pressed to find a better copy of this collectible book, espceially a first edition. It measures 6 3/8" x 8 3/8" x 1 3/4". A wonderful estate find.
