Published by Carlton & Phillips, NY, 1854. 264 pages + hard bound cover. Contents includes, integrity, intelligence, economy & tact, harmony of character, vices (seductions, allurements, consequences), courtship, marriage and much more. A nice deportment reference.

Good overall condition for age. Cover is stained with wear. Edges and corners rubbed, spine frayed at head and tail. Text foxed throughout, inscription ffep with embossed stamp, text crisp, binding tight, a bit musty smelling. It measures 4 7/8" x 7" x 1 1/4".
