Fair to good condition. Cover is decorated red cloth over boards with some staining, some dge and corner wear. Some fraying at head and tail of spine. Cover a little loose on book block, with cheesecloth partially exposed interior front hinge. 1895 inscription front blank page, some light foxing, some light water stains on some text edges, some light spots of foxing. Book measures 6 1/2" x 7 3/4" x 1 1/2".
