Offered is a wonderful pair of matching mod/retro abstract paintings, on panel from an estate. Each is signed Wojtowicz and we believe they may be by listed Polish artist Stanislaw Wojtowicz (1920-1990). They come from an estate with a large private art collection, full of registered artists, several from Europe and the signature is so distinctive, with the syle of the noted Polish artist, we feel he did this. One is marked on back in ink Wojtowicz 445 nogl. Untouched original condition, one is showing a knot in the wood of panel through the paint, upper right corner. Circa 1960s, in matching wooden frames. A great pair of Eames pieces. Each frame measures 7 3/4"w x 9 3/8"h. Each painting measures 7 1/8"w x 8 3/4"h. A nice estate find.
