Communication: We will update you as to order status. We make every effort to contact you, if you do not hear from us, the problem is most likely on your end. AOL seems to block us a lot.

Shipping Time: We ship most items within 1 business day. We do not always ship on weekends, especially during summer, be aware of this. We do enjoy spending time with our family on weekends also. Sometimes we are on the road buying other items to bring to Ebay and to our website, in those cases, we may need an extra business day to get caught up.

MEDIA MAIL, is cheap, but takes a lot longer and may only be selected on book shipping. Sorry you get what you pay for, USPS controls time, which is usually a week+ in transit.

Multiple Purchases: We combine multiple purchases to save on shipping charges, provided we receive 1 lump some payment. Please do not complete checkout or use Paypal on individual items, if you are bidding or purchasing others. We will make every effort to combine items purchased on ebay if requested with those direct through our website.

US Payment Accepted: Paypal, Money Order/Cashiers Check, Personal Check (7-10 days Waiting period).

International Payment Accepted: Paypal, International Money Order (drawn on US funds), NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED (our bank charges $20 to process them)!!!

Shipping Rate and Info: All charges quoted through checkout. Charges based upon a prepackaged estimate, actual may differ higher or lower, but we charge based upon estimate with handling added. Handling helps us continue to offer Paypal and pay for proper packaging supplies. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction paid for through Paypal to an unconfirmed address. We reserve the right to require insurance for any item or purchase. Not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping, insurance offered for this purpose. Decline insurance at your own risk.

International shipments: will ship via US Airmail, surface post is no longer offered. We state actual end of auction price on Customs declarations and ship as commercial sample. This is the Law, do not ask us to break it. We require most international shipments to be insured and/or registered, thus causing higher shipping rates than you may receive from other sellers. If this is unacceptable, do not bid. We have had real problems shipping overseas with fraudulent transactions. This is the only way we will accept Paypal from abroad, as they do not offer sellers support from International buyers.

Shipping to Italy: Many items are banned, please check with us before bidding. 35% restocking fee for purchases placed on banned items if you do not check with us first. Expect massive delays in ship time from Italian Customs. Shipping to Italy is worse than any other country, we have found.

Sales Tax: NY residents or NY shipping we must charge 8% tax. Please do not email and ask why. If you live in NY, you should already know the answer to that question (hint: highest per capita taxes in the land).
